Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using LaunchPad.AI you agree to these terms on behalf of your brand or organization.

2. Campaigns

You are responsible for the content and legal compliance of every campaign you launch. Be Belong Group may reject or pause campaigns that violate policy.

3. Payments & Credits

Pay-Per-Participate charges accrue per verified completion. Promotional credits (including the $500 sign-up credit) are non-transferable and may expire.

4. Data

User data shared with sponsor brands is gated by explicit per-campaign consent. You may not re-identify, resell, or merge that data outside the consented purpose.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. Outstanding charges remain due.
