Whether the user arrives through their property manager, owner, or university — or signs up on their own — they only reach the app once their identity and eligibility are confirmed.

When Be Belong is connected to a property manager, property owner, university, or campus, renters and students are enrolled after the institution's own screening and admission process. Every account that lands in the app has already cleared a real-world background, credit, or admissions review.

No institution? Then you KYC.

If a user is not enrolled through a connected institution, they must complete KYC before they access Be Belong. Government ID, liveness, sanctions screening — the same bar regulated financial apps use, applied to every single account.

Money only moves when both checks are in place.

Users not enrolled through a connected institution must connect Be Belong to their institution themselves. KYC alone doesn't unlock direct payout — the connection has to be there too.
